I really enjoyed the Spiritual renewal retreat at Kimbiji. I loved the sisterhood, and really enjoyed praying together.  I also loved wearing matching colors with everyone. I appreciate that we had the opportunity to reflect on the past and plan for the future. This retreat was so healing, will definitely join another retreat in future. I highly recommend Eden Retreat!

There are many many things that were a blessing at this retreat. Some of the things that stand out for me were the fun we had in the Ocean, swimming pool, and a sunset cruise - which was absolutely wonderful, calming and reinvigorating. I had the opportunity to go snorkeling, to dance with tortoises, and go swimming with Dolphins. The most intimate fun was engaging and learning from incredible women of God.So beautiful to have a safe space, which means you also relax and are able to pray together, share from the heart. You know that people are not judging you, they accept you and really create a wonderful ambiance to really spend time in the presence of God. We had breakfast, lunch dinner everyday, breakfast that was served at the villa was absolutely scrumptious, it was just incredible. We were filled spiritually, physically and also in our souls! It was just the break and the rest that I needed.I highly recommend people attend the Eden Retreat, they will never ever regret it, I certainly plan to come back

So glad I got the chance to join the retreat after such a busy year. I loved that I had the opportunity to unwind and connect with people intentionally and in a meaningful way. I was able to share the word of God, able to sing and dance, and be free. There was a lot of child-like spirit, which is such a beautiful thing to be around and feel. And that is what Jesus said that we have to have a heart like that of a child to please God. Eden Retreat gives you that opportunity to be wild, free and just enjoy the joy of the Lord. I came here having only known Doreen, and so it gave me the opportunity to make new meaningful relationships.I’m leaving the retreat having met people I know I’m going to work with for a long time in my life and business. As a leader of an organization, I believe that everything is connected. My participation at this retreat has not only impacted me, but also my organization in a big way. I will go back to work feeling fresh and with a clear mind.

Eden Retreat has really got me into a very great spiritual rest. It feels like a spiritual revival! I am so happy to meet a tribe of young women, who love God, who really live for God, who are intentional about God,...its just amazing!! It has really brought with in me the spirit of gratitude, patience and also to trust in God, and to know that God is faithful. I really appreciate Doreen and team. This is an amazing thing that you have done for the women in this society!

 I flew in to join the Eden retreat Zanzibar 2024 from the UK. What I loved most about the Eden Retreat is the fact that it is just the escape that I needed.I knew I needed some down time, I needed some rest, and I was just blessed that someone in my community shared about the retreat with me. When I saw the retreat I prayed and felt complete peace to attend, and that led me to come. What I have also enjoyed so much is just the deep rest I have been able to experience. I knew Zanzibar was beautiful but to have been here with all these beautiful, powerful women and to encounter God like we have had, to be able to pray with each other and encourage one another, discuss and debate scriptures as well as explore the beauty and paradise that is Zanzibar has been such a blessing!

We got to shared a lot, and have  been vulnerable with each other. We had a great time. My greatest experience has been the morning glories that we have had by the beach, at the ocean. Those have been my greatest moments!

I attended The Eden Retreat Zanzibar in Nov 2024 and it was totally worth it! What I loved most about it is the community. I met a very eclectic group of women from different countries who have one heart- and that is Jesus. The scenery in Zanzibar was also so beautiful, it gave me the space to process things I was not able to process in my natural habitat. Eden Retreat is more than a moment, it's a whole movement.Doreen is such a great host, with a great heart and very patient. I will definitely like to attend future retreats!

I'm so excited I made this decision to come and commune with beautiful amazing women. We got to worship and praise God, and take a break from the busy life of Dar Es Salaam. I feel refreshed!
